Cancellation Policy

• Full refund available if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booking but at least 14 days prior to check-in result in a 50% refund.
• No refund for cancelations from 14 or fewer days before check-in

• Refund shall be processed promptly within 5 - 7 working days.
